The main house is built on a raised platform and approached up wooden steps leading to the front door and first floor. The enclosed ground floor area offers ample garaging and storage. Lianti sits on the edge of the sought after village of Wargrave where there are good local shopping facilities, excellent schools and a railway station providing regular service to London, Paddington Station in approximately 40 minutes. Nearby, Reading also has an excellent commuter rail services to London Paddington with Crossrail due to arrive in December 2019. The picturesque and historic village of Sonning-on-Thames is 15 minutes drive away. This popular village has a wonderful theatre based at Sonning Mill, a well-regarded village inn and three restaurants.
